In this blog I am going to tell you some surprising facts about internet. Most of us can not imagine a life without internet. But not all of us know about many surprising facts about Internet. So today in this blog I will tell you about some surprising facts about the internet.
1. Approximately 3.5 billionpeople use Internet, about 1.7 billion users are Asians. Do you know it is estimated that about 200 billion emails and 3 billion Google searches would have to wait if the internet shuts down for a day.
2. 30,000 websites are hacked every day. Why? Because the cyber criminals use the highly effective computers and softwares that can easily detect websites that can be hacked easily.
3. Internet send approximately send 204 million emails per minute, 70% of all emails are spam. Do you know that 2 billion electrons are required to produce a single email.
4. The majority of of internet traffic is generated by bots not by humans.
5. About two-thirds of all website traffic is caused by bots.
6. Do you know? Internet is a network of computers while the World Wide Web is like a bridge for accessing and sharing information across it.
7. The queries that we common people search on internet is a tinnier part of internet that is known as Srface Web while the rest part of internet is called Deep Web, and it larger than Surface web.
8. Deep web contains 90% of the information on the internet, but it can not be accessed by Surface web users.
9. You can not even use a regular browser like Google Chrome or Firefox to access Deep web.
10. You will need a browser know as Tor or any other alternative of it to access Deep Web. But be sure! as there are a lot of strange stuff.
